My pity me food poll

Well I’m minus 7 teeth and it sure doesn’t feel great. My menu choices are very limited.

  • Pudding
  • Oatmeal
  • Tomato soup

Yeah, don’t drink with a straw – this can dislodge the blood clot at the extraction site.

Have you ever made polenta? It’s really easy, and all you need is water, cornmeal and salt. I like soft polenta with butter and parmesan cheese on top. Sometimes I make it when my teeth are bothering me (I have two broken molars).
