My panel 7 was normal except for low sodium. I looked it up on ChatGPT and it says mild hyponatremia.which means low sodium concentration in my blood. I also read it’s probably from having low electrolytes in my body from drinking too much liquid. That’s the explanation that makes most sense since I drink four liters of liquid a day, sometimes more. The good news is my A1C was 5.4, below pre diabetes and diabetes levels.

I also was drinking too my fluid. I now drink a gallon of fluids a day but not more.
