I’ve known him about six years…met him when he visited next door and came over to hear me play guitar and banjo. anyways, he came over just now…it was so good to see him…he is getting married in September and is doing really well…when I first met him he was just kind of against getting a job. I don’t blame him, not much good work available in my town…but he works now and is doing well…

Good to hear old friends doing well. I’m booked in next friday for the wed adventure club. It’s some old friends so we get together once a month or so for a bit of conversation and poor male behavior.
I enjoy catching up and now I’m over 50 I feel it’s so important to do. Marriages gone. Kids grown. Even in our little group it’s complicated but we help each other out and it’s a great thing to do!
