Today is my daughter’s birthday and it’s made me really sad and even worse is I asked recently to see her and the adoptive mother made up reasons why I couldn’t… I haven’t seen my daughter in over a year and it kills me… My mom is peeved and idk why she’s just so… Angry… I feel like a failure, she kept pointing out what I did wrong in my past and got mad at little things making me not wanna be around her but she gets upset and starts nagging me if I don’t at least stay in the same room as her until my husband gets home… I’m so confused when it comes to her… I wish things were better

Imo when people grow older they act like kids, you have to adjust to how kids behave. We are way more mature, if they wanna be treated like kids please do.

Not about trying to figure out why your mom is mad.
Can you talk to your daughters mom about the situation and what you can do to see her or talk to her on the phone?

@Kxev she always says you’ll get to see your daughter but makes up an excuse as to why we can’t
