My Invega Sustena dosage reduced from 156-117!

I’m hoping this will help reduce some of the side effects such as anhedonia!

It’s working. But I get lumps at the injection site. It affects my sleep too. I find I can only sleep about 3 hours or less at a time then I wake up, but I usually fall back asleep again.

I’m lowering my invega in the next two weeks. My doctor is lowering it to 117mg also. I hope I do well with it and handle stress well.

When I was on this drug I was able to get it down to 78mg without positive symptoms. I was on that drug for years. I’m now on latuda.

If you don’t mind me asking, why did you switch to Latuda?

I hope it goes well!

If you don’t mind me asking, why did you switch meds? How is Latuda?

Because my pdoc had a lot of patients complaining that they didn’t feel well on invega sustenna. Its not one of her preferred drugs.
