Did you skip a day last week taking L-Theanine? I ask because at the dose you take you should cycle it (my opinion).

Well the good patch I was going through is offically over. It’s business as usual again.
I don’t actually feel bad though , just very “blah”.
It was amazing while it lasted. I really thought I’d turned some kind of corner.
