I’ve procrastinated on doing grocery shopping and my fridge is empty.
I have to wait until the grocery store opens at 7:30 am to get food and be able to have breakfast!
How is your food supply?

I used to order groceries online but my parents told me to stop. Now sometimes they shop for me and sometimes I go shopping with them.
I just did my grocery shopping today. I am well stocked.
That’s one of the benefits of living at home. Free food.

Yesterday I went and got groceries and I have prepared the ingredient to make Paneer Tikka its been marinated and kept in the refrigerator. Have to make it today.
Our fridge and cupboards are never completely empty. Even if I don’t do any shopping, dad gets bored and goes once or twice a day an picks up various things.

I do have some cans and staples like pasta, but nothing I fancy eating.
I’ve got about six months’ worth of non-perishables. Lots of meat in the freezer. Good selection of pickles and such in the fridge. Lots of fresh produce. Going homeless and hungry means you are careful about always having food after.

I remember one day when we were all teenagers, we ate all of the food in the fridge. My starving Dad came home…opened the fridge door…took one look…then slammed the fridge door and said…
“Great! I guess I’ll have a butter sandwich!”
Oh man, did we all laugh!!
nothing worse than being low on food…we have plenty of food thank goodness.
Our (my partner and I) are somewhere in the middle. We have food in the fridge but nothing that’s especially tasty. We will make do with what we have for a while longer. I plan to make rice and chicken tonight for dinner.
This. This. This.
It’s so hard though when you have no real money.
Me too but I like to make Tika Masala a bit more.
