And she’s getting so frustrated that her kid is being so slow eating and doing homework etc. I’m just cracking up. I told her she’s preparing for real life.

I play The Sims all the time.
Having kids in the game is super frustrating,
I’ve made all of the games accomplishments except for the 100 generations one,
I just can’t handle that many kids!

Hah! My daughter found the same thing.
“Dad! Every time my characters have kids their lives suck and I fail at the game.”
Me: “Yup. Sounds right.”

I played the sims about 20 years ago.
All I remember is my sims slowly cracking up (like checking the mailbox 20 times a day) or catching on fire. Then they’d end up underneath tiny little headstones in the backyard.
It was a fun game.

I got hooked on the old Sims and got all sorts of software to make custom building materials. I had wallpapers, floors, paintings, everything.

Last time I played Sims 2 sims of mine died in kitchen fires…Im thinking of booting it back up.
