Going to paint wood projects today. Mine is a USA Knick knack that has a light inside that has red, blue and white lights and shines through. Hers is a wall plaque. It should be fun.

When my girl was little we didn’t do crafts together. Our big thing was going on walks and watching tv together. Oh and she had this game called Mancala. We played that. That’s a cool game anyone from age 8 to adult can play.

My daughter is 21 years old. But she struggles with severe anxiety as well as depression. It’s a form of therapy we’re trying out for ourselves

We used to paint popsicles sticks in mental hospital, I asked a guy what he was painting and he said it was his own coffin. I did a bed with popsicles sticks and painted it bright colors.

When I was in the mental health facility for 5 months it was during Halloween/Christmas. For Halloween they brought in like 25 pumpkins and everyone got to carve a pumpkin, We then baked the seeds as a treat. For Christmas they asked what we wanted for a present, under $20. I got a pair of boxer shorts. I thought that was pretty cool of them and totally unexpected.
