I got up late. I feel like I’ve been punched in the head. So I’ll just spend the next few hours waiting for my meds to kick in and recover. Then I’ll just spend the rest of the day beating myself up over not doing things on my to-do list and worrying about my future fate.

Sounds like a bad day, I get ill thinking of the stuff I SHOULD be doing, to think we go through all this, just to get old

I’m going to try to motivate myself to go to the laundromat. I need to shower first, though, haven’t showered in days.

I’ve been up a couple hours but still can’t wake up. The coffee is broken.

OH no. nothing worse than broken coffee

Of course I am just still barely sipping my first cup so it’s kinda not the coffee’s fault. I guess I’m broken.

I’ve slept almost all of the day. I was SO tired. :frowning: In a minute I will leave the house, pick up my son and we’ll go out for dinner in a pizza restaurant with just the two of us. I asked him what we would do with my first salary to celebrate my new job and this is what he picked. (Or tbh, his first response was “buy a house”… :)).

Thanks! I’m very excited, but also scared. Everyday, I’m riding my bicycle to my job singing and humming because I’m so happy about it. It’s exactly the right job - parttime, with a subject and organisation that I love, and only 10 minutes by bicycle from home. I didn’t work for 7 years though before this, so I’m exhausted now. And still nervous whether I’ll be able to succeed.

Still good you get out and give it a try, I find it hard to go to work now, but I guess it keeps me going

Good that you are working too, despite finding it hard. For me, I feel it helps to give structure to my life, and keep symptoms at bay.

My sermon I’ve just finished watching was great. I have no complaints I approve of it.
