I went riding my bicycle today. Now I am having my afternoon coffee. Are you having coffee?

Yup I am up early and on my first pot of coffee. i drink light coffee all dsy long. i hate the taste of water.

I drink two cups in the morning and one in the afternoon. I think I am having one spoonful of honey too.

I don’t usually drink coffee in the afternoon. But it can happen.

I mix some of the protein shake with coffee. Not all the time … Today, I did some of the premier caramel shake with 8oz of coffee…nice little boost in energy…
