dad wants to move it out of the garage, into the basement of his house. this will be much nicer for me as the roof leaked in the garage and it was cramped in there. I should probably start working out again soon. any day now really. just got to get all the equipment moved.
somedays I feel so unattractive, I think working out will help me feel better about myself. putting on muscle has never been an issue for me, assuming I eat like a glutton, which I typically don’t. hence why I usually stay leaner.
the plan is to stretch, then go for a 20 minute jog. and then pump weights for an hour. to start im going to do 7 leg exercises and 5 shoulder exercises. once my legs are built up i’ll just be doing 2 or 3 leg exercises as maintenance and then focusing on the rest of my upper body. I do 12 exercises because I do one exercise every 5 minutes and watch the clock on the wall.
I like to do 1 set for 37 reps. i believe in slowly building up strength but doing enough reps that it is practical strength you could utilize throughout a long physical shift at work or something. i do 37 reps because i would like to reach my strength goals by age 37. my goal is to deadlift 225lbs for 37 reps and deepsquat 225lbs for 37 reps and military press my bodyweight for 37 reps by age 37.
