Wasn’t the easiest experience but I just didn’t get up I just waived and stuff and I was really anxious but I managed. My sisters wedding celebration is tomorrow and the other side of the family came up I met them I was nervous but it was ok. I also talked with a friend from childhoods parents I hadn’t seen in a while. They seemed to smile at me for doing well.
I also had the best carrot cake on earth

Glad you hung in there and got through it. Conversation really is a learned skill and it’s something you can always improve. I love weddings. Get to play up and hang with family. Can’t get much better than that for me.

Sometimes, that used to happen to me. My pdoc upped the dose to 4mg 3x day, and it stopped. Not sure why. Just saying.
