I’ve only been back full time recently but love the forum and it’s ability to reach out to all who suffer. I know over here in Australia that it’s always a hard time for the mentally ill so I’d just like to wish you all the best and if your not doing so well…stop by and reach out to others here who may not be having such a good time!
Together we make our worlds ( R1 quote which I stole from somewhere!) so I’m glad this is a spot where you can get some respect and listened too. Apologies for those I’ve slighted this year on the boards! I do take some things seriously and I’ll fight tooth and nail to those who I think compromise the integrity of these boards. I don’t need to but I do and that is cool! I think some younger folk could step into that role anytime soon and I’d love that so peace and respect…
It’s a great thing for those who need it and that is worth fighting for so…much love, peace and respect for this Xmas and look after those who aren’t doing well!

It is my 16th Christmas here after returning from the States, we have a lot of snow and it is nice to walk around in this snow. I had my morning walk already, but I am going to walk more, I like outdoors, even when it is winter and colder, Merry Christmas …
