Megalomania is an old term for inflated self-esteem, grandiosity, delusion of grandeur or extreme narcissism.

  • I imagined myself as a cool king.
  • Constantly looked at the mirror and talked to the imaginary of cool version of myself
  • Thought I have magical powers

I tend to feel grandiose too sometimes, but i wasnt even aware of that…
My pdoc said, that i have my manias as well too in my sz… he said though, that sometimes its ok even this, compared to the hell on the other spectrum… :smirk::smirk:

I used to have bizarre Megalomania, I used to have a belief that I was finding aliens.

Idk for you, but my grandiose delusions never even didnt give me a good high… i always had my big suffering on the inside…
The manias of my best friend make her feel happy and energetic… nothing like this for me…
But you are nit alone really, dont worry, maybe its not a big deal, you can work on yourself on that :wink::slightly_smiling_face::slightly_smiling_face:
