The good doctor and I both decided that I should stick with the Risperdal instead of the Latuda, as my depression has loosened a bit since I got off the Tegretol completely. Things may change down the road for me if my depression becomes a real issue, but for now this is how its going to stay. Getting off Tegretol was rough going at times, but in the end it was worth it for me.

Thanks J, I don’t think I am totally out of depression land, like this morning I woke up feeling a bit down, but for the last several days I have been feeling better. I still may talk to her about me taking something for depression if things worsen. I have to keep my eyes open. In the meantime I am going to see if more exercise will help me.
