I couldn’t read anymore posts my head going west

When I started meditating and lowered my caffeine intake it seemed like I was better at math.

Yes every day twice a day for years. I definitely helps. The longer you meditate the calmer the mind becomes. At first you may fall asleep, but that goes away in time. Web search pranayama; it helps to calm the mind and makes meditation easier.

 I really struggle with ADHD and I believe meditation could replace my morning med for ADHD.
It’s a bit out of context… but so many years I was able to cope with my ADHD without meds, just I want to find even better coping strategies than previous ones.
That’s why I started thread about meditation and probably will create some threads about healthy lifestyle.

I used to do relaxation techniques by focusing on main points of the body. But after COVID I feel breathless. So stopped it.

I really hope it goes well for you! It was meditation practice that got me through everything. A tip is meditate on a mostly empty stomach.

Wow sounds optimistic. Big thanks!
Overall I am diving deeper into philosophy and mostly buddists theories, so meditation seems catchy for me @anon14580204

Adding philosophy is the best combo. There is a goal to work towards. I follow a yoga philosophy (not the exercises) It gives a strong foundation to stand on tho, pun intended!
