I bought some magnetic signs for one of my vehicles about five years ago. Made the mistake of slapping them across my left shoulder while walking home from the sign shop. Woke up on the sidewalk with a gash on my head. Luckily for me they fell away from my pacemaker when I dropped so it started pacing me again. I would have been dead otherwise.

Even being careless with headphones can make my pacer wobble. I think the iPhone 12 will get recalled pretty quickly as it’s an obvious health hazard.

Jeebus. That is crazy. I agree. That is a big risk associated with the tech.

God that is terrifying. Imagine falling asleep with your phone on your chest and then you don’t wake up. I can’t think about it.

That’s why I’m careful about using headphones only when I’m active or wide awake. I don’t use them when there’s a risk of drifting off lest they slip down and hit my shoulder.

MagSafe is an Apple product.
It’s a magnet that charges the new iPhone 12

I think that it can also charge older iPhones too.
