but i usually take it everyday
but i felt i need sleep too much
so i slept

I forgot to take my AP yesterday, and I slept less than usual.
One day off meds is probably not dangerous, but you shouldn’t push your luck. Please take them today.

Don’t try and double up your dose if it’s close to your next one. I think this is true for a lot of meds
Hopefully you’ll get back on track today!
