I have a soft spot for Batman (and Robin, I know I’m that weirdo who thinks even geewilickers Robin is cool) but my absolute favorite super hero is… Spider-man hah. And overall I prefer Marvel super heroes. My reasoning is that they all have some sort of weakness that humanizes them and while Batman has that too, many of DC heroes are practically invincible.

Marvel for the heroes, DC for the villains.
I think DC wins in comics, while Marvel wins in movies.
Logan, not part of the MCU but still Marvel, is the greatest superhero movie ever made. The Dark Knight with Heath Ledger as the Joker would be second place, but I think that it floundered a bit in the third act. Second place goes to Infinity War.
Endgame was a little disappointing. Too be fair, Infinity War set the bar so freaking high that it would be nigh impossible to meet it. Endgame had too much fan service and not enough tragedy. I still loved it, and it ranks top 5 of my comic book movie favorites, I just had way too high of expectations going in.
Logan was just comic book movie perfection. It had humor, drama, action, wasn’t 3 hours, and tied up Hugh Jackman’s tenure as wolverine nicely.

Marvel tv shows on Netflix absolutely thrash the DCs Arrowverse. I’m not saying Arrowverse is bad, I just think that Marvels Netflix series are lightyears better.
It’s too bad Netflix canceled, you would think they’d like to keep them instead of completely losing out to Disney when Disney + comes out.
Speaking of which, Marvel tv shows are going to be even better thanks to Disney +.
I know. Poor Venom. He’s had a rough life. Maybe people just aren’t accepting of his looks and attitude.

It appears Aquaman has made the most money box office wise out of all the DC films worldwide. I haven’t watched it. I might one day.
