I have mostly managed to maintain my weight the last couple of months. I actually have maybe lost five or six pounds though. I would like to get back to under 250lbs like I was though.

The antipsychotic Abilify that I’m taking is supposed to be weight neutral, but then it makes me hungry all of the time. I learned that I’m able to control my weight by avoiding eating foods that contain too much sugar. It’s really difficult to drop my weight even with exercise. I have to be careful about eating junk food.
