Two weeks ago it was right L1 nerve impingement. I still have a numb dermatome in my right groin.
Now I have back pains and sciatica on my left leg.
I just can’t win!

I also suffer from LBP.
For me, stretching (especially hamstrings, and legs in general), quitting smoking, losing weight and strength exercises with good form are essential just to be able to get out of bed.
With all this I can feel my LB getting tired sometimes. But not sciatica.
For me physical therapy consist basically on educating the patient.
I just want to do that stuff previously, so I can avoid one
I can relate.15151515151515
That sucks! I hope it gets better soon.
