I tried mg in a calm drink mix powder it didn’t help me.
I take magnesium to prevent leg cramps. Not sure what it does for my mental health.
Too bad. Magnesium glycinate and threonate are the most relevant types for mental issues.

I drink magnesium whenever I’m stressed, it really did wonders! I love magnesium.

I eat magnesium for my stomach and as part of a painkiller with a little codeine and apirin (over the counter painkiller in my country), it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my mood.
