For supper. They turned out so well and tender enough for me to eat without teeth. Haven’t made them in years. My daughter loved them too. With rice and salad.

We had bean soup today. With beans, little chunks of ham and carrots. Not my favorite meal but that’s what my dad made.

I had beans too but cold with my own sauce I mix. One can of mixed beans, lemon juice 1 lemon, oregano, Frank’s hot sauce, a bit of olive oil and oregano.

I love a good pork chop! I do mine in the mini oven these days. If it’s a good cut and tender enough the fat is so tasty. MMMMMMMMM. Fat and tasty!

I just pounded mine a bit flatter and put on a spice rub and fried in a pan.
