Tonight was cabbage roll soup. Last night we had ricotta and mushroom stuffed, baked canellonni topped with sauteed mushrooms in a white wine and cream reduction. Fresh grated parm on top. It was supposed to be a romantic meal with my wife, but the MIL spoiled it by calling at the start of it and talking on the phone for an hour and a half.

last night i had leftover chicken, vegies and potato from moms.
that and some doritos when i got back out of bed hungry from seroquel.

tonight I’m making pork chops marinated in seasonings :
sazon , adobo, steak seasoning generic
then baking in a cup of water at 375 for 25 minute / until fully cooked.
With mashed potatoes and mac and cheese on side.
