Lucid Dreaming and SZA related?

I wonder if Lucid Dreaming comes along with Schizophrenia in some cases. I’ve been able to effortlessly Lucid Dream nearly every single night for that past 4 years. It’s like living in another realm away from your normal physical life. I was reading online & it’s really uncommon to Lucid Dream nearly every night without following any type of special technique or getting loaded with sugar before bed.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Yeah I lucid dream every night also. It really improves my life most of the time. It’s a brand new adventure every night and you get to see people you haven’t seen in years, people who have passed away and people you’ve never seen before. I used to look too deep into my dreams because they seem so real, I thought they WERE real, in that I thought others I saw in my dreams were conscious beings. I no longer look at them so literally because let’s say I’m hanging out with my brother in my dream, but in real life he’s at work… it just doesn’t work out to it actually being him. Maybe it’s his double but highly unlikely. I guess I just have an overactive imagination in my dreams, probably related to my schizophrenia because both started mostly in my twenties, though I had symptoms in my teens. I love lucid dreaming though, I really do.

I had lucid dreams until I started taking Depakote when I was 13 (they never diagnosed me with anything but medicated me anyway) ever since I have had a lucid dream instead I ave horrible night terrors, I never remember wht happens in them but they are so bad I have actually been admitted to the hospital because my roommate thought I was having some kind of screaming seizure and he couldn’t wake me up.

I wish i could lucid dream every night. Ive only ever had 2 of them. They were awesome. Is there a trick yo do them every night?

To lucid dream a will you have to be really good a meditation for the most part, I have friend who can actually instigate a lucid dream while fully awake

I can’t lucid dream any more bruce, the Depakote killed it for me, now all I have is violent night terrors that make me afraid to go to sleep sometimes

I meditate a lot, that might be the root cause of it. But I enjoy it a lot too, though sometimes it scares me when I don’t remember falling asleep & the dream gets mixed up with reality.

If you’re really into Lucid Dreaming / Astral Projection you should read Robert A Monroe’s - Journeys out of The Body. He masters Astral Projection & documents his experience. It’s an amazing book, you’ll be hooked since you can relate

I know that whenever I eat something that has a lot of sugar in it before I go to bed it increases the experience a bit

I would love to be able to convey my dreams. I wonder if there are dream studies, virtual realities, or something so I could somehow bring them to life. I have the most coolest dreams. I have an epic dream every new year as well. Like on new years eve I will have a futuristic dream with premonitions. I have a city mapped out, with a subway system I ride when I sleep. I have people I meet and travel with. I get in arguments. The dream world is like the after-world or limbo to me. I express my deepest fears or regrets or ambitions. I’ve flown to the moon to find the american flag was on its side attached to the ground, or found airships trying to blast through mercury’s rings, or the triangle police come after me when I wake everyone up to the fact this is a dreamworld, you are in the matrix, trinity. That’s who I am in the dreamworld. I’m trinity. I have transported through cellphones, run over rooftops etc. It’s weird how similar the matrix was to the dream-realm I visited. I know I created this entire dimension. Recently I started going to the underworld, and seeing the past merge with the present. These ghosts or deceased people keep telling me their stories.

My path in life is a light-worker. I can read tarot for people who are open to it. I have premonitions all the time. Sometimes they are frightening predictions. Clues to the future and past and where they intersect.
