Met with doc today. We are going to lower dose to 25 then try 20mg 
I didn’t see this thread at first, until today. I now believe that I have been over-medicated for most of my years with the illness. I always thought that God knew what he was doing and I had to put up with the sedation. I believe God is very close to me. Well, maybe I have been wrong. Doctors have all the power and over the years I hardly had any. That’s been my relationship with doctors.

I was on 6 mg Risperidone , now I have reduced my dose to 4 mg, I am more proactive now, more socially active, there are symptoms like agitation but its fine. I guess you can lower your dose a little bit if it helps you but my advice is don’t lower the dose too much.
