I’m feeling well! and I took my debs out for dinner. It was great to be sociable. Maybe the hold of schizophrenia has finally buggered off and im in recovery. 
Shes just gone to get her pj’s - the high winds weve had, tends to freak her out - so shes sleeping with me tonight. Its purely platonic - we just keep each other company in bed.
Cant tell you how happy i am at the moment. Looking forward to a nice kip.
Sorry if i sound like a prat - but socially ive overcome a milestone. And blow me down - nothing actually bad happened! lol
