Okay I know I haven’t been talking about my weight lately and that’s because my weight bounced back to 200 lbs but I went back down to 191 lbs but this time I haven’t done much different but stop eating gluten completely, cut down on how much sweets I eat, drink flavored tea sweetened with stevia, and herbal tea in the evening once again sweetened with stevia… I feel pretty good and I THINK my overhang belly looks smaller? I’m honestly don’t know… Oh well at least I’m loosing weight
