“The most common AEs were weight increased (9.8%), headache (7.1%), anxiety (6.1%), insomnia (5.9%), somnolence (5.9%), nausea (5.7%), and weight decreased (5.7%). At 2 years, mean (SD) body weight change was 0.84 (6.84) kg; waist circumference change was -0.56 (6.24) cm. At 4 years, mean (SD) body weight change was 2.65 (8.12) kg; waist circumference change was 1.37 (8.65) cm”

So does that mean weight increased 9.8"% or weight increased for 9.8% of people who took th drug?

Plus after 2 years the weight decrease was 6.84 kg then at 4 final weight change was 8.12kg?

These facts and figures are really difficult to decipher. it should be much clearer imho
