I understand that for sure. My sister said she was going to take the puppy to an animal rescue but she hasn’t done it yet

This puppy is giving me so much trouble!
I’ve raised many dogs over the years and I’ve never had big issues like I am now having with this dog!
Instead of progressing she’s regressing, going backwards.
Honestly it could be because I got her from a pet store.
I’m now suspecting she’s from a puppy mill.
Too many health issues and behavioral problems!
