I used to know all the people who answered the phone.
Now because of Covid-19 they have more people answering the phones, but I don’t know any of them.
They get as far as me trying to spell out my last name before I get frustrated and hang up.
It’s nothing urgent, I just call them as I have no one else to talk to and need some support
