I’d like to bookmark it or somehow be able to find it in a pinch
If you are feeling suicidal or having a mental health crisis, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.
You can also call a crisis intervention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries. You do not need to be actively suicidal to benefit from a crisis hotline.

Thank you. I’ve tried the norwegian chatline but got stuck in queue for an hour. The danish phone line cut me off because it was too busy, and the only international one I could find on those lists said the queues were closed due to too large demand
Guess I’m on my own tonight.
Ouch. Do you want the list of ways to calm down?
I’m sorry you’re not getting the help you need. Maybe try again in a few hours if you can wait that long?
I appreciate the offer, but given my current mental state, the result would most likely be me hating myself even more for not calming down fast enough
I totally understand. I hope you feel better soon. You are a good person.
I also hope you feel better soon @Pikasaur. I agree with ninjastar that you’re a good person.
