I associate this with breaking things and pillow fight therapy. Psuedosciency.

Why do they do this in movies? You know, when a tragedy has occurred and the actor falls to the ground screaming up into the sky as rain falls. Classic movie scene.

I was once in the second adult place ward and watched a girl constantly throwing trash cans scream. Sometimes it’s entertaining.

If I get so angry that I begin to scream, I can safely say it does nothing to improve the situation - kinda sets the table for the situation to get worse, actually.

Only song based on primal therapy I know of: John Lennon.

Some times I would be so angry or so upset that I couldn’t talk. I had to write down what I wanted to say. It helped me. but as I grew older I have less difficulty with that.

However in dreams, I will often have something to say, and feel my dream self struggle to utter words. Its an odd thing.

Man, I’d love to have people to jam with! It shouldn’t be hard to find.

I screamed a lot living alone for many years. I’m grateful that has passed. It did help. It doesn’t help when in a public place.

I got fired from a job for screaming once. It’s a lot healthier when i can have a time and place for it. It does get difficult when i go a while without being able to practice though.

I was at my truck unloading job at Sears when I was in my thirties. I was working with a bunch of young guys and I was doing the Beavis scream when Butthead sticks a pencil in his eye. I kept doing it really loud and everybody on the crew was cracking up. Then I had to stop because the two women who worked near us complained to my boss about the screaming because a couple people had gruesomely died on our dock a few years prior and my screaming reminded the women of the guys who died.
