I struggle ever day but I don’t think life sucks. It can be very hard, though.

Not today you cannot control your thoughts
Whenever I start thinking about how crappy my life is, I start thinking about the troubles in the Middle East or certain parts of Africa who have been tortured or had to watch their family/children killed by ISIS, Al Qaeda, or Boko Haram (etc.), where you never know when you’ll go to the market only to have a suicide bomber ruin your day. Then I look at my life and think about how blessed I really am to not have to worry about those things. So basically… Even though you may think your life sucks…there are truly MILLIONS of people in the world that have it much worse. There is a silver lining to it all!

But you can control how you react to them.
You seem to be on the constant hunt to feel less bored, less unhappy, less meaningless.
If you constantly check to see if you’re entertained or happy, you’ll overanalyze things and forget to enjoy the everyday things because you constantly want something better.

I’d say most people on the forum justify nuances,
but many others don’t. It can be a real downer.

I FEEL like life sucks all the time, but in reality it’s pretty awesome. It all depends on how you are feeling that day. Today coffee is great and nothing else.
