I need to remind myself of this. It’s not supposed to be easy. It’s supposed to be hard. That’s life.

Well that’s a depressing new revelation on life.
I just feel like I should at least be exercising more or something.
It’s both hard and easy. I wouldn’t quite put it as you put it though. Basically you are correct. But using the word “supposed” is insinuating that there is some rule or law that says life is hard. When it comes to life, “it is what it is”. It gets hard sometimes and sometimes its easy. I’m just kind of rambling.
