yep, went all out and got a party tray of Lasagna…still have 2/3 a sheet left…if you’ve never tried Stouffer’s Lasagna I say give it a chance…better than all the work it takes to make lasagna…

That’s my philosophy in general. I rarely make stuff myself now. I just get stuff that kind of needs heating up.

I found this recipe for a vegetarian spinach ricotta slow cooker lasagna that my son went crazy for. I’m going to make it again for him this month. It would be easier to get stoffer’s though. hmmm. I think they have a really good vegetarian too with white sauce. Yum.

I made my wife and parents lasagna last night. It’s a pretty simple dish if you use premade sauce. I like Ragu but the wife likes Prego
