No things ever bring peace of mind, usually the opposite, I think.
I would love to be at peace. I would love for my mind to not be like a running engine (an old one now).
I want the same for my son. Peace of mind.

It seems slowly I am gaining back my peace of mind. Especially after this winter, I started enjoying where I am in life and what I have by far.
The only problem is the occasional racing thoughts. Some days are better than others.

Yes. It is or was a sz chat room but is largely abandoned. I went there for
support first, but no one is home as far as I can tell. I came back here.

It means the person replied via email.
I thought it might but how do I open it? I tried pressing the envelope, thanks
No, it’s not for opening anything. It’s just an indicator that the person who posted did so from an email account, rather than by accessing the site directly. They probably get email notifications, and the emails give you an option to respond by just replying to the email. Then the site puts their reply on the forum. It’s a fairly new feature.
