What is the best way you have learned to deal with your trust issues when you have them or do you not have them? Is it normal for me to keep having trust issues with people. I just don’t know if it is more than likely my disorder or some other problem that I am having that I need to work through? I am ok right now, but in the past it has been really bad.
Trust but verify until you’ve verified enough that you know the trust is warranted.
No one ever gets full trust straight out of the gate with me now.
