Being on oxygen with a long air hose still can’t get me down stairs to do laundry. It is a major exercise for me to breathe on my own to make short trips down stairs. I’ve been doing lots of breathing exercising and lately I have developed the ability to get a second wind or to say, I’m able to increase my intake of oxygen without the machine. There might even be a little hope for me. Not a promise, but a hope.
How scary that must be for you.
It can get uncomfortable, I feel a little apprehensive about laundry day, but I wouldn’t call it a full blown fear.
