I have experienced a lack of psychosis while using a low dose of ketamine. My voices get kicked out. I just am able to think about things no hallucinatory experience. After psychosis my mind was mostly blank i had little thoughts like a filter to or not to say things but besides that it was blank i wasnt able to sit and ponder i needed video or some kind of stimulation or id get anxious. The only thing ive noticed in my treatment is im starting to be able to sit and relax with my thoughts and contemplate things. This is supposed to be due to neural plasticity. No help for anxiety though and i am not suffering from depression.
