I havent actually been diagnosed but it keeps burning and itching. And i have frequent urination but alittle comes out is not terrible but is quite significant. Im wondering if i could be prediabetic. I crave sugar alot and when i dont drink alot of water it gets worse. It seems like small things set it off

Those are signs of high blood sugar. You need to see your doc.
