What!? Be careful man, no words I can put together are going to help, that’s for sure. My sister tried taking her life that way before and she dodged death as well.

I didn’t do it on purpose, my symptoms were really bad today, and I lost a few seconds of cognizance at a stoplight, somebody turned, and I rammed the ■■■■ out of the person in front of me.

Glad you’re safe. Cars can be fixed.
Not totaled ones 
But life goes on without a car.
Even totaled ones! I drove a salvage title car for eight years - excellent little car and super cheap because of the history.
But people are the more important part.

I have a long history of getting over traumatic experiences by having new, more horrible traumatic experiences. I’m not sure how long I can keep this up

Try not to awfulise. I know it’s bad, but you can get through it. Just settle down for a while and figure out what you have to do to overcome this. If you need mobility you can take public transportation for a while or get rides from friends and relatives. It will just take a while to overcome this, but then you’ll be back as well off as you were.
