Just took a nap, felt really hungry when I woke up

Naps aren’t that unusual for me, but feeling hungry afterwards is. I don’t know why it happened, I’ve eaten as much as usual, but perhaps because I made myself a soup with the brine from a tin, so too much salt?

So I’m debating spending my food budget for tomorrow, today, and buying some breakfast cereal and milk which I haven’t had in a long time, or at least, not that recently. If I don’t spend any money on food tomorrow, it will be fine. I’ve been told that rather than shopping every day I should do one or two shops a week anyway, but I still think its dangerous. I think I will do it though. Thank you.

I also have a very hard time going to sleep and I am morbidly obese:)

I just woke up and made white rice in the rice cooker and marinated some chicken. I also had some honey lemon tea. I had 2 bowls of maple brown sugar oatmeal.
