I was given some benzos for last Christmas too.

I tend to have a meltdown this time of year…

I tend to have more symptoms this time of year myself. I spent last Christmas in the hospital.

Maybe I’ll have another coffee. But I’ve already taken the benzo now anyway.

Noo, not coffee. Buy some peppermint chocolate to make hot chocolate

My therapist said 90% of her clients nee extra supports at this time of year. Both because of the decrease in daylight and because of the increase in holiday-related stress.

These cold dark short days are killing me.
I’m more depressed and paranoid.
Really sucks!

Me too. I’m proud of myself that I actually managed without it the first two days of the month!
