Just a few benzos for emergencies for the month of December. So at least I have that to help me cope.

You reminded me I’ll have to brace myself for our annual Christmas trip, I have a meltdown almost every year. Hopefully since my meds are working so well at this time I’ll be spared this time.
Sleeping in new places sets off my paranoia bad and the lack of routine and general stress tends to escalate things as well.

My last two Novembers I was hospitalized. It’s my worst time of year… trying to handle it better this time.

I’ve had this myself, i.e. thinking too much about Jesus related stuff, mixed up with Sz. Then I understood.
I’m not taking part of any religions and have my own mindset instead.

I’ve ruined a few family get togethers when my med’s weren’t right. I’ve been doing all right on Geodon and Seroquel for over ten years, but I still don’t feel comfortable at family get togethers.
