Just got home (update on my leg/knee)

the X-rays there were state of the art, I stood up, and even had my clothes on,
no uncomfortable table like in DeWitt. The doctor assistant was a great woman, said, God bless you for having a child with Down syndrome, and a child with cystic fibrosis, told me she has a son with autism. Loved her. She looked at the X=rays again, came back and said, you definitely broke your tibia bone, the weight bearing bone, and that normally it would require surgery, but after 3 and half weeks it’s healed a bit, so we’re gonna put you in a leg brace with a walker, and come back in 3 weeks to get it checked. So that’s it, friends.

@Daze, Very good. You avoided expensive and probably painful surgery. I did pr-y for you.

I’m so glad that they found out what was wrong with you. Now just get through the healing process! Don’t push yourself too much or you won’t heal. Let Phil do all the cooking and make him take care of you!!
