Just last night I watched a video on 3 ingredient pancakes.
What timing to make them today on pancake day.
I added some strawberry powder and sugar for taste though.
My grandma loved em.

When I was a kid, as a special treat, my mom would make German eierkuchen for dinner. They were delicious with fruit syrup or with maple syrup.
