John Nash's Schizophrenia "Disappeared" as He Aged

Yes I’ve been told I can lower my doses as I get older. But probably not be able to come off it. John Nash was an anomaly. I don’t recommend what he had done. He was brilliantly stubborn. A beautiful mind. His reality returned to him after 30 years or so it says in his book.

I read that he was still unstable but managed to hide it and censor delusional thoughts from his head.

I am not sure if it disappeared as he aged, I don’t think mine has disappeared. Feel nervous around other people have anxiety sometimes.

Simply figure out the entirety of reality, and believe you me, it disappears.

I guess it helps too when your IQ is like 180. Mine is like 120 and I love math and science, but I struggle doing it now. I want to read his biography.

Having a high IQ is nothing if you have no emotional intelligence.

My pdoc said there is a growing body of evidence that suggests that psychosis weakens as you get older, and doses of APs may be able to be lower by quite a bit for some people.

Not sure how true this is, guess will find out.

Died a tragic death on the NJ Turnpike with his wife, I believe. …shortly after receiving the Abel Prize.
