Over the past 10 days I have been almost delusion free. There has not been a single delusion which has lasted for more than 1 hour. In these 10 days I have meditated for about 4 days and for about 4-5 minutes every day. I see that Meditation has benefitted me tremendously. My brain gains a tremendous amount of bliss and energy and remarkably it has helped me be Delusion free.
PS: I dont take meds.
